I am a regular customer of Lebanese Grill and have visited the premises on numerous occasions. During my visits, I have always found the business to be professionally managed, clean, welcoming and respectful to customers and the local community.
1-Prevention of Crime and Disorder
In my experience, the staff operate the premises responsibly and maintain good control over customer behaviour. They are polite, attentive and willing to refuse service where appropriate. I have never witnessed violence, disorder, drug use, vandalism or anti-social behaviour associated with Lebanese Grill.
The premises are fitted with CCTV, and staff appear to monitor customer activity carefully. I believe the management takes the prevention of crime and disorder seriously and is committed to working with the police and local authorities whenever necessary.
2-Public Safety
The premises are well maintained, clean and organised. Food is prepared in a hygienic environment and customers are served in an orderly manner.
The staff manage queues efficiently and ensure that entrances and exits remain clear. I have always felt safe when visiting the premises, including during the evening.
I believe the management understands its responsibilities regarding customer safety and operates the business in a responsible manner.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
From my experience, Lebanese Grill operates with consideration for nearby residents and businesses. Staff encourage customers to leave quietly and do not tolerate unnecessary noise or disturbance.
